Befriending Your Soul 1 is an invitation to enlarge our capacity to listen and be with our real lives through a process known as Inner Relationship Focusing. 

Inner Relationship Focusing is a compassionate body-based awareness process where we pay attention to how our body is holding a situation and begin to develop a patient and friendly relationship with it.

We will learn ways to be a welcoming, witnessing, loving presence to everything we discover in ourselves. This kind of patient befriending fosters the possibility of authentic, holistic, inner transformation.

When we pause to listen, we open ourselves to the gift of God's grace given to us.
