Befriending Your Soul 1 is an invitation to enlarge our capacity to listen and be with our real lives through a process known as Inner Relationship Focusing. 

Inner Relationship Focusing is a body-based awareness process where we pay attention to how our body is holding a situation and begin to develop a patient and friendly relationship with it.

We will learn ways to be a welcoming, witnessing, loving presence to everything we discover in ourselves. This kind of patient befriending fosters the possibility of authentic, holistic, inner transformation.
